4.1
Terminal Connection
After terminals have been discovered by the IP Phone Manager Search
functionality, they must be connected before any action can take place. For
terminals which need to have data modified, select the check box next to the
desired terminal on the main screen and press
Connect
. On the IP Phone
Connect screen, click
Execute
. When the Status Field indicates
OK
, the
terminal is now in active communication with the IP Phone Manager. (A status
of “LogOFF” indicates there is no connection. A status of “LoginN/A” indicates
the terminal is connected with another IP Phone Manager session and cannot
be connected.)
To log terminals off and close the connection with the IP Phone Manager,
select the
Logout
option and click
Execute
.
