3.2. Multiple-PIM Installation
(1) Secure the 19” BRACKET to the 19-inch Rack as shown in
Figure 003-26

(2) Mount a PIM on the 19” BRACKET as shown in
Figure 003-26
.
Then, secure the PIM to the 19” BRACKET as shown in
Figure 003-26
.
(3) Repeat step (1) and (2) according to the number of modules. A maximum of 5 modules (4 PIMs and 1 MD-
FM) can be mounted in the 19-inch Rack.
