Video Support
Matrox Mystique configurations come with 2 MB of video memory on the video board,
upgradeable to 4 MB of video memory using a video upgrade module. Number Nine
Imagine 128 Series 2 configurations come with 4 MB of video memory (not upgradable).
The default video mode is 800 by 600 pixels with 256 colors. To change the default video
resolution, see “Changing Display Properties” in Section 2.
The system supports the following resolutions, colors, and refresh rates for the 2-MB
Matrox Mystique video board installed in some models (see Table 1-8). Screen resolution,
pixel depth, and refresh-rates are with the standard 2 MB of video RAM and with the 2 MB
option installed on the video board.
