1105 - Operator’s Extension
Description
Use Program 1105 - Operator’s Extension to designate a Tenant
Group’s operator. When a user dials 0, calls go to the operator select-
ed in this program. The PMS alarm display messages normally
appear on the operator extension assigned in this option. If no exten-
sion is assigned, the system uses the extension designated in
Program 0011.
Conditions
None
Default Setting
Tenant 1 operator is port 1 (extension 301). Tenant 2-4 operators are
not defined.

To enter data for Program 1101 (Operator’s Extension):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 1105 + HOLD.
Tenant No?
3. Enter the number of the Tenant Group you want to program (1-4)
+ HOLD.
Tenant n:
4. Enter the extension port number (28i=1-20, 124i=1-72, 384i=1-
256, 704i=1-640) you want to assign as the Tenant Group’s oper-
ator + HOLD
Tenant No?
5. Repeat from step 3 to program another Tenant Group.
OR
HOLD to exit.
