1021 - Hotel Telephone Setup
Description
Use Program 1021 - Hotel Telephone Setup to designate an exten-
sion for Hotel/Motel operation. If you want an extension to operate
in the Hotel/Motel mode, 1. If you want the telephone to operate in
the business mode, enter 0. (This will exclude the telephone from the
Hotel/Motel features covered in this guide.)
Conditions
None
Default Setting
All extensions are in the business mode (0).
Feature Cross Reference
All Hotel/Motel features are affected by this setting.
Telephone Programming Instructions
To enter data for Program 1021 (Hotel Telephone Setup):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 1021 + HOLD.
STA PORT No?
3. Enter the number of the extension port you want to program
(28i=1-20, 124i=1-72, 384i=1-256, 704i=1-640) + HOLD.
STA PORT_nnn:
The previously programmed value displays.
4. Enter data (0 or 1 - see above) + HOLD
For business mode, enter 0. For Hotel/Motel mode, enter 1.
STA PORT No?
5. Repeat from step 3 to program another extension port.
OR
HOLD to exit.
