Enter the user (destination) name or key name, and then press [ OK ] .

You can use the user name when selecting an address to send e-mail to.

To select the title

To associate a user with a title, press the title key from “Select Title”.

The keys you can select are as follows.
•
[ Freq. ] … Added to the page that is displayed first.
• [ AB ] , [ CD ] , [ EF ] , [ GH ] , [ IJK ] , [ LMN ] , [ OPQ ] , [ RST ] , [ UVW ] , [ XYZ ] … Added to
the list of items in the title selected.

You can only select one page for “Select Title”.

Press [ E-mail Address ] .

Enter the items you want to change.
Changing the e-mail address

Press [ Change ] on the right of the “E-mail Address”.
The e-mail address entry dialog box appears.

Enter the e-mail address.

You can use the e-mail address as the Sender's address. In this case, you
can set a password in order to prevent use by other people.

When you finish entering address, press [ OK ] .
