Rulli mungitori :
il gioco fra le lame dei rulli mungitori deve essere
compreso fra 1 e 1,5 mm, diversamente non è garantito
il corretto funzionamento della macchina.
Per la regolazione, svitare le viti B e avvicinare i due
rulli. Stringere di nuovo le viti.
Avvicinare i contro coltelli D svitando le viti C in modo
tale che rimanga un gioco fra le lame di 1/1,5 mm.
Stringere di nuovo le viti C. Vedi figura sotto.
N.B. Se le lame risultano
troppo
usurate
se
ne
consiglia la sostituzione.
Catene di raccolta:
la
corretta
tensione
della
catena di raccolta si ha quando
la molla è compressa come
indicato in figura sotto.
Per la regolazione allentare
il controdado A e agendo sul
dado B portare la misura come
indicato sopra.
Quando la catena ha raggiunto
un +9% di allungamento, si è
in una fase critica quindi se ne
consiglia la sostituzione.
Milwing rollers:
the play between the blades of the rollers must be
between 1 and 1.5 mm, otherwise there is no guarantee
the correct functioning of the machine.
To adjust, loosen the screws B and bring the two rollers.
Tighten the screws again.
Bringing against knives D unscrewing the screws C in
