Precautions Before Using GTWIN
Usage Environment and GT Main Unit Models that are Supported
Please confirm the environment in which GTWIN is being used.
Applicable Environment
Operating system ––– Windows 95 (OSR2 (Ver. 4.00.950B) or higher)/98/Me/NT
(Ver. 4.0 or higher)/2000
Required hard disk capacity ––– 50 Mbyte or more
Recommended CPU ––– Pentium
II
300 MHz or more
Recommended memory –––64 Mbyte or more
Recommended screen resolution ––– 800 x 600 min.
Recommended display colors ––– 256 colors min.
CAUTION

In order to use the Help function
Internet Explorer 4.0 (or a subsequent version) by Microsoft must be
installed in order to use GTWIN Help function. If you do not have the
appropriate version of Internet Explorer, it can be downloaded from
the Microsoft home page on the Web.
(Particular caution is required if using Windows 95 or NT.)

If using Windows 2000 or NT
Please be aware that GTWIN cannot be installed unless you log in at
the Administrator level when booting the system.
Applicable GT models
GTWIN is supported by the GT10 and GT30 series.

True Type fonts
True Type fonts are drawn, and font characters ornamented, using
the functions provided in Windows. Please be aware that, because
of this, the fonts may be displayed somewhat differently, depending
on the Windows version and computer model.
