during printing
or cutting
media and then
lowered
without
removing
media.
1. Does the same
message appear if
turning machine
OFF and turn it ON
again?
If the message appears,

Check that LCD
monitor displays lever
status correctly when
slowly raising/lowering
pressure lever.
