If an error requiring a restart has occurred, solve the problems to restart the printer and delete the error.
If the same error message is displayed again, contact your local MUTOH dealer. Be sure to inquire the code
numbers of the error messages.

An error which cannot be
solved promptly has
occurred.
1.If foreign material such as a
piece of media or media dust
are involved in the driving
system, remove them.
2.Make sure that the replaced
parts are correctly installed.
3.Power OFF the printer.
After 10 seconds or more,
power it back ON.
