Next you will need to create a new folder. To create a new folder go to the 

File

 menu and select 

File>New>Folder

 as displayed below.

This will create a new folder on the C: drive. Name the new folder 
“MultiScreen” (without the quotation marks). 

 

Open the folder called “MultiScreen” by double clicking on it and repeat 
step

 and this time name the new folder “PrintScreens”. 

 

Repeat step

 again and this time name the folder “Sequences” (again 

inside the MultiScreen folder). 

 

Now that the necessary folders have been created, in order to access them 
over the network they must be shared. To do this; first click on the Local 
Disk (C:) drive so that is it highlighted, then click on the “MultiScreen” 
folder on the right side of the window and select 

File>Sharing and
