Clean alternator (1) thoroughly

Refit alternator (1) in reverse order of re-
moval.
Tensioning drive belt

Fit drive belt.

Slacken bolt (2) by half a turn.
Result:
Belt tensioner moves against the drive belt
and tensions it.
3.
Tighten bolt (2) to specified torque using a torque wrench.
