The Senscient ELDS™ gas detector is designed to be operated from a nominal 24V DC supply.

For correct operation, the supply voltage reaching the terminals must be within the range

18V to 32V.

The unit maximum power consumption and cable lengths are as follows:

In order to avoid power supply interruptions due to fuse ageing / degradation, it is advisable to use

a fuse in the power feed to the ELDS units that is sufficiently de-rated. The recommended fuse

ratings for the power supply feeds to ELDS units are therefore as follows:
