Note:
Meter has power management technology. In order to reduce power consumption, prolong
the life of battery, it is not necessary to select the parameter which will not be measured.
For example, if you only need to measure pH, you can select pH parameter only.
If you use continuous measurement mode, the power is always on and the power
consumption is the biggest.
If you use timed measurement mode and balance measurement mode, when meter finishes
one measurement, it will turn off the power of this mode automatically, therefore the
power consumption is less.
So we suggest you to use timed measurement mode and balance measurement mode for
saving power.
Press ‘START’(F1) (or ‘MENU’ key) and then press ‘ENTER’ key to setup measurement mode
which is shown as the following chart:
On left side are measurement parameters including pH, pX,
COND, TDS, SALI, DO, SATU and CONC.
On right side are measurement modes including
Continuous Mode, Timed Reading and Balance Mode.
When selected parameter is ion concentration, measurement mode would be changed to
concentration measurement mode respectively which includes Direct Reading, STD Addition,
Sample Addition and GRAN Method, etc...
‘√’ means selected measurement parameter or measurement mode, reversed display stands for the
position of cursor.
Press ‘↑↓’
、
’←→’ to move cursor and when cursor moved to needed position, press ‘SELECT’ (or
‘CLEAR’) key to select or cancel the item. Meter supports mostly 3 main parameters, when you
finish selection, press ‘ENTER’ key, meter will automatically save all present setting and return to
starting state. Or you can press ‘CANCEL’ key to quit the setting and return to starting state.
Following chart is the normal measurement chart relative to selected measurement parameter and
measurement mode.
The actual display will vary from the amount of main
measurement parameter. Each measurement mode has one
measurement window with name of measurement parameter
and measurement value of parameter on it.
