to display the default multicast MAC receive address and the
corresponding multicast receive IP address, as illustrated in Figure 4-6:

The multicast receive IP address is automatically calculated by the
OM
1000 based on the
default multicast MAC receive address.
The default multicast MAC address is used to receive non-standard multicast datagrams.
Non-standard multicast datagrams are sent to the
OM
1000 with a broadcast IP address and
a multicast MAC address. The default receive multicast MAC address is configurable
through the
config.ini
file only.

Select the
TTL field
(multicast transmit TTL setting), press or to set the
TTL
, and

. To apply a new
TTL
setting, save the setting and reboot the
OM
1000.

IGMP field

enable or disable
and then press

. (This
selection enables or disables support for IGMP version 1.) To apply a new
