Manual drain cooling on/off
In the lower display the actual drain temperature is displayed. By pressing the Start/stop button the test
is started. If the preheat button is pressed the drain solenoid is activated and the temperature should
drop (drain temperature only drops if the cooling water is significantly colder then the temperature
measured in the siphon).

Notice: The core temperature and external reference probe must be placed in the centre of the cooking
chamber. The probes have to be pointed upwards to prevent water droplet discharge on the probes.
We recommend using a grid for probe placement.
