Note 2: The bit configuration in this register must be set to meet the conditions below.

Phase Segment2=max(Phase Segment1,IPT) However, IPT = 2 for the M32R/E's internal
CAN modules.
Note that min ( ) is the function that returns a smaller value, whereas max ( ) is the function
that returns the maximum value.
