OPERATING PROCEDURE
PHOTOS
1. Removing the back panel
(1) Remove the screws fixing the top panel and the top panel.
(Photo 1)
(2) Remove the screw fixing the service panel, pull down the
service panel and remove it. (Photo 2)
(3) Remove the screws fixing the front panel and the front
panel.
(4) Remove the inside and outside connection electric wire.
(5) Remove the screws fixing back panel and back panel.

2. Removing the inverter assembly
(1) Remove the top panel, front panel and service panel. (Refer
to 1)
(2) Remove the inside and outside connection electric wire,
remove the back panel.
(3) Disconnect the outdoor fan motor connector (CN911), R.V.
coil (CN912) on the noise filter P.C. board, the connector of
discharge / defrost temperature thermistor (CN663) and LEV
(CN771) on the electronic control P.C. board.
(4) Remove the compressor connector. (Photo 3)
(5) Remove the screws fixing the relay panel, and remove the
inverter assembly. (Photo 3)
3. Removing the electronic control P.C. board
(1) Remove the top panel, front panel and service panel. (Refer
to 1)
(2) Remove all the connectors and the lead wire on the elec-
tronic control P.C board.
(3) Remove the compressor connector.
(4) Remove the screws fixing the heat sink, and pull up the
electronic control P.C. board.
(5) Remove the electronic control P.C. board.

4. Removing the noise filter
(1) Remove the top panel, front panel and service panel. (Refer
to 1)
(2) Remove all the connectors, the lead wire and ground wire
on the relay panel.
(3) Remove the hooks, then move the noise filter P.C. board.
