<Control timing delay setting>
For the contact output, setting the delay time for ON and delay time for OFF enables to delay the control execution timing.
When the control unit collects the next measurement value and ends a determination by the conditional expression, if the
determination are different from a scheduled output, a new output determination will be employed.
