(1) End branching
1. Selection of refrigerant branch kit
Select an optional branch kit from the following table. (The kits include a set of branches for the liquid pipe and gas pipe.)
* Be sure to carry out installation in accordance with the installation manual of the outdoor branch kit.
2. Selection of each section of refrigerant pipe (floor-standing type)
(1) Between the outdoor first distributor and the indoor unit (C)
(2) Between the outdoor units and first distributor (A and B)

Note1 Install the pipe that connects the branch pipe and the outdoor units in
the way that it has a downward inclination toward the branch pipe.
Provide a trap on the pipe (gas pipe only) within 2 m from the
joint pipe if the total length of the pipe that connects the joint
pipe and the outdoor unit exceeds 2 m.
