Procedure

Prepare the dough according to the recipe.

Place the dough in an uncovered bowl in a perforated
container or on the rack.

Dissolve gelatine
Procedure

Gelatine leaves:
Completely cover the gelatine leaves with
cold water and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Remove the
gelatine leaves from the bowl and squeeze them out.
Empty the bowl. Place the squeezed gelatine leaves back
in the bowl.

Gelatine powder
: Place in a bowl and add water
according to the instructions on the packaging.
^
Cover the bowl and place in a perforated container.
