Prepare the meat in the usual way.

Insert the metal tip of the food probe fully into the food.

Place the food in the oven.

Open the connection socket for the food probe and insert
the food probe into the socket as far as it will go.

Select the function you want.

Alter the recommended and / or core temperature if
