Use the green lever to pull out the transport unit.

Look for pieces of jammed paper on the transport unit and
remove them.
The paper has to be removed completely from the paper path.
Remaining pieces of paper can cause paper jams.
Remaining paper in the area of the fuser unit may even cause fire.
