[10] Thickness:
You can adjust the thickness of varnish you want by
using the slider.
Depending of your 3D Hub Manager version. 2 sets of
thickness values are possible:
3DS Hub Manager < V2.6
From 15 to 100 µm (with one printhead bar)
And the double of these thicknesses if the twin
printhead bar is installed

Hub Manager ≥ V2.6
From 21* to 116 µm (with one printhead bar)
And the double of these thicknesses if the twin
printhead bar is installed
*21µm is the minimum allowed, because 3 droplets are
the lowest possible value.
Display the thickness of varnish you want to apply.
By clicking on this value. you can adjust the thickness.
This is the number of drop of varnish the machine apply
on each pixel to have the wanted thickness.
Display the printing speed depending of the thickness of
the varnish and the length of the printing substrate.
[11] Heads
configuration:
You select two different mode for the overlap
adjustment: mode_2D (for varnish thickness under
30µm and mode_3D for varnish thickness over 30µm)
Depending of the substrate or the printing surface
tension. you maybe have to adjust the print head
overlap.
[12] Pilot settings:
All margin table. printer and dryer parameters are listed
here.
Click on this icon to access to machine setting (Refer to
Chapter 9.3.5 Machine setting)
You have the listing of all machine setting profiles that
you can select. save or delete.
