12.6 File troubleshooting
To avoid troubleshoot during printing and to be able to used fully the JETVARNISH 3DS. your printing file need to
have some specifics features.
You can see a summary of these features in this screen.

12.6.1 Image size
Size of image that you want to must be including between the smallest and the largest formats that the
JETVARNISH 3DS can print.


12.6.2 Colors
Color of image that you want to print must be grayscale to be recognized by the software.
12.6.3 Bits per pixels
Bits per pixels of image that you want to print must be 8 bits to be able to put different thickness of varnish on the
same print.
12.6.4 Resolution
Resolution of image that you want to print must be 360 x 360 Dpi without compression . If resolution is lower than
360 x 360 Dpi your image will be stretch and if resolution is upper than 360 x 360 Dpi your image will be squeezed.
