When the duration is chosen. click on the starting button and
wait that the procedure is completed.
Purge
A purge makes varnish run through all nozzles of all print heads in
order to unblock these nozzles when missing lines appear on the
printing.
When the cleaning is selected . the wiping is
automatically and mandatory selected too.
The wiping is mandatory to be able to print again.
Before starting a purge. select the duration of this one. You can
select between Short (3 seconds). Medium (5 seconds). Long (8
seconds) or Custom (choose from 1 to 10 seconds).
When the duration is chosen. click on the starting button and
wait that the procedure is completed.
Wiping
Wiping can be done after a print head cleaning. and is mandatory
after a purge of the JETVARNISH 3DS printing system.
Wiping is common to all print heads of the machine.
To make a wiping:
- Take out the wiping unit from the JETVARNISH 3DS located on the
back on the purging tray.

Place a new wiping towel on the unit and lock it with the two
holders at each end of the unit.
