Air bubbles are present in the varnish system.
12.7.5.2 Solution
12. Purge and wipe the system. To remove completly the air on the system you might have to make a manual pipe
purge (8 seconds) of both manifold pipes and printhead pipes
12.7.6 Problem 6 - Varnish "spreads" at the start and on the sides of the print
12.7.6.1 Explanation
Varnish is a liquid which is ejected from the inkjet print heads during printing; should an airflow disturb such drop
onto the substrate. the varnish spot is deviated.
12.7.6.2 Solution
13. Check the printing substrate thickness entered in the 3DS Hub Manager; it should correspond to that of the
printing substrate used.
14. Check that the side vacuum handle corresponds to the printing substrate width.
