Gas, dust, steam, smoke
Welding, burning and grinding work should only be performed on the machin-
ery/equipment if it is expressly authorised. For example, fire and explosion haz-
ards may exist!
Before welding, burning and grinding the machinery/equipment, clean its sur-
roundings of dust and flammable materials and supply sufficient ventilation (explo-
sion danger)!
When working in confined spaces, observe possibly existing regulations!

Hydraulics, Pneumatics
Work on hydraulic devices may only be performed by persons with special knowl-
edge and experience in hydraulics!
Check all cables, hoses and screw joints regularly for leaks and obvious damage!
Immediately fix any damage! Splashed oil may result in injuries and burns.
Depressurise open system segments and pressure lines (hydraulics, pneumatics)
before beginning repair work, in accordance with assembly descriptions!
Assemble and set up hydraulic and compressed air lines properly! Do not mix up
connections! Fittings, length and quality of the hoses must correspond to require-
ments.

Noise
Sound devices on the machinery/equipment must be in the safety position during
operation.
Prescribed personal ear protection must be worn!

Oils, greases and other chemical substances
When working with oils, greases and other chemical substances, observe the appli-
cable product safety instructions!
Be careful when handling hot operating and auxiliary materials
(burn or scalding danger)!

Hot parts
Do not touch any hot parts such as the exhaust system, motor parts or the like.
There is danger of burns!
