Updated the Interface diagram and connector pinouts
related to the power supply inputs and the serial
communications interface to use instrument earth /
GND (IE). See
Figure 1-2 , Table 2-7 , Table 2-8 and
Table 2-13 .
Updated 3.2.2 Power supply and 3.2.3 Grounding , and
added 3.2.4 Shielding , in order to clarify power supply,
grounding and shielding requirements as per the technical
note (TN_SSY-20210729-1). Also added
3.2.8 Sensor /
input channel interface circuitry .
Updated Table 3-12 to correct 2oo3 voting logic using
safety relay 2 of SpeedSys300 ODS301 modules.
Pins B22 and B23 (safety relay 2) are now used instead of
the incorrect pins B18 and B19 (safety relay 1).

module’s screw-terminal connectors (see
