ANOMALY
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The product always runs at maximum
power when in automatic mode.
The room thermostat is in the maximum
position.
Set the thermostat temperature again.
Faulty temperature probe.
Check the probe and replace it, if necessary.
Faulty or malfunctioning control panel.
Check the panel and replace it, if necessary.
Thermostat is set to minimum.
Set the thermostat temperature again.
The product does not start.
No power.
Check that the plug is inserted and the
main switch is in the “I” position.
Faulty pellet or water probe.
Wait for the water or pellet tank to cool
down and restart the product.
Blown fuse.
Replace the fuse.
Clogged smoke exhaust or smoke duct.
Clean the smoke exhaust and/or the
smoke duct.
An alarm has been triggered.
Verify the type of alarm and proceed
accordingly.
Check whether the brazier is clean.
Clean the brazier from any deposits or
residues of unburned pellets.
Check the position of the brazier.
Set the brazier back on its seat.
Check whether the spark plug warms up.
Check and if necessary, replace.
