The vibra tion emission level given in this informa tion sheet has been measured in acc ordan ce with a
standardised test given in EN 60745 and may be used to c ompare one tool with another. It may be used for
a preliminary assessment of exposure.
The decl ared vibra tion emission level represents the main appli c a tion s of the tool. However if the tool is
used for di ff erent appli c a tions, with di ff erent accessories or poorly maint ained, the vibra tion emission may
di ff er. This ma y signific an tly inc rease the exposure level over the total working period.
An es tim a tion of the level of exposure to vibra tion should also take into acc ount the times when the tool is
swit ched o ff or when it is running but not actually doing the job. This may signific antly r educe the exposure
