6. Lift the Helmet up and off the 

head.

Doff the System: Alternative B

1. With the System 

mounted on head, 

turn front TurnClip 

horizontally.

5. Loosen the rear Headband 

Adjustment Knob by turning it 

counterclockwise

7. Follow steps 3-7 from Alternative A. 

2. Grasp each side DLC 

at the Flappers; pull 

outware and unsnap 

DLC from FCC. 

4. Continue pulling outward and foreward 

until DLC is completely away from the 

Helmet. Dispose of DLC per institutional 

protocol for contaminated waste.

3. Continue pulling 

outward and forward 

to release front of DLC 

from front TurnClip.
