Ist das Maß < 15 mm - Griffhülse (18) entfernen, Feststellring (23) mit der Hand festhalten,
Gewindestifte (19) lösen, Welle (20) im Uhrzeigersinn etwas verdrehen (ca. 5° - 10°),
Gewindestifte (19) festziehen. Welle darf kein Axialspiel aufweisen!
Spiel der Stößelstange (11) auf 0,2 - 0,5 mm neu einstellen.
Kontermutter (13) gegen Stößelstange (11) mit Anzugsmoment von min. ca. 12 Nm anziehen
und am Anschluß nochmals das Spiel 0,2 - 0,5 mm zum Kugelzapfen prüfen.
Funktionskontrolle durchführen.
Ist das Maß > 20 mm - Griffhülse (18) entfernen. Feststellring (23) mit der Hand festhalten,
Gewindestifte (19) lösen.
Welle (20) gegen Uhrzeigersinn etwas verdrehen (ca. 5° - 10°).
Gewindestift (19) festdrehen, Anzugsmoment = 4 Nm.
Welle (20) darf kein Axialspiel aufweisen!
Spiel der Stößel (11) auf 0,2 - 0,5 mm neu einstellen.
Kontermutter (13) gegen Stößelstange (11) mit min. ca. 12 Nm anziehen und danach
nochmals das Spiel der Stößelstange (11) 0,2 - 0,5 mm zum Kugelzapfen prüfen.
Funktionskontrolle durchführen.
If the path is < 15 mm, remove the handle sleeve (18), hold the locking ring (23) with the hand,
loosen the grub screws (19), turn shaft (20) clockwise (approx. 5 - 10°) and tighten the grub screws (19).
The shaft must not have any axial play!
Reset the play of the tappet rod (11) to 0.2 - 0.5 mm.
Tighten the counternut (13) against the tappet rod (11) with a min. torque of 12 Nm and check again
the play of 0.2 - 0.5 mm with the ball pivot.
Repeat the functional check.
If the path is > 20 mm, remove handle sleeve (18). Hold the locking ring (23) with the hand,
loosen the grub screws (19), turn shaft (20) anticlockwise (approx. 5 - 10°).
Tighten the grub screw (19) with a torque of 4 Nm.
The shaft (20) must not have any axial play!
Set again a play of 0.2 - 0.5 mm for the tappets (11).
Tighten the counternut (13) against the tappet rod (11) with a min. torque of 12 Nm and check again
the play of 0.2 - 0.5 mm of the tappet rod (11) with the ball pivot.
Repeat the functional check.
