4.10 Austausch Ventilgruppe
Die Ventilgruppe (4) besteht aus dem elektrisch angesteuerten 5/3 Wegeventil (1)
und dem doppelentsperrbaren Rückschlagventil (2).
OP-Tisch in höchste Position bringen, Verkleidung entfernen.
2 Zylinderschrauben (3) herausdrehen, Spezialschlüssel aus dem Werkzeugkoffer verwenden.
Achtung: Mit diesen Schrauben wird der Tank gegen die Flanschdichtung gedrückt.
Nach Lösen dieser Schrauben ist der Öltank von unten zu stützen und langsam
abzulassen.
Bei der Montage auf genügend Anpressung vom Tank gegen die Dichtung achten.
Bei Austausch einer Ventilgruppe (4) muß die entsprechende Bewegung (Zylinder) abgestützt,
entlastet werden. Anschlußdrähte der entsprechenden Magnetventile an der Platine (5) entfernen.
3 Zylinderschrauben (6) herausdrehen.
Beim Montieren darauf achten, daß die O-Ringe keine Beschädigungen aufweisen.
Die Zylinderschrauben (6) sind mit 2,7 Nm anzuziehen.
4.11. Druckfilter (8) aus technischen Gründen vor Ort nicht austauschbar.
4.10 Replacing the valve assembly
Each valve assembly (4) comprises the electrically actuated 5/3 way valve (1) and the double piloted check valve
(2).
Raise the operating table into its uppermost position, remove the cover.
Unscrew the two machine screws (3) using the special wrenches provided in the tool kit.
Important: It is these screws which press the tank against the flange gasket.
After removing these screws, carefully lower the oil tank supporting it from below.
When reassembling, be sure that the screws are tightened down far enough that
the tank exerts sufficient pressure against the gasket.
Before exchanging any valve assembly (4), it is necessary to shore up the table in order to relieve
the load on the corresponding cylinder. At the circuit board (5), detach the connector leads for
the corresponding solenoid valves.
Remove the three machine screws (6).
During assembly ensure that all the O-rings are free of any damages.
Torque the machine screws (6) down to 2.7 Nm.
4.11 For technical reasons the pressure filter (8) cannot be changed out in the field!
