4.12. Hydraulikpumpe
Tank entfernen, Verschraubung (10) lösen und Ölleitung entfernen.
2 Zylinderschrauben (11) herausdrehen, Pumpe nach unten wegziehen.
Wird eine neue Pumpe montiert, ist von der alten Pumpe die Kupplung, der Saugfilter (12)
mit Verschraubung und Ölleitung zu übernehmen.
Die Flanschdichtung zwischen Pumpe und Pumpenflansch kann wieder verwendet werden.
(auf richtige Lage der Dichtung achten)
Hinweis: Nach der Montage der Pumpe Stromaufnahme des Motors messen.
Falls Stromaufnahme über 9 A, zwei Schrauben (11) öffnen und Pumpe neu
ausrichten, Schrauben (11) anziehen, Messung wiederholen bis Stromaufnahme
des Motors (15) 6,5 - 7,5 A bei 100 bar Betriebsdruck.
4.13. Druckbegrenzungsventil
Tank entfernen. Das Druckbegrenzungsventil DB100 (14) ist in den Ventilsteuerblock
eingeschraubt, mit einem Gabelschlüssel (SW14) wird das Ventil komplett herausgedreht.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Der Betriebsdruck ist einstellbar, Kontermutter lösen und
Gewindestiftes am unteren Ende des Druckbegrenzungsventils verdrehen.
Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn
→
höherer Betriebsdruck.
4.12 Hydraulic pump
Remove the tank, unscrew the threaded fittings (10) and detach the oil line.
Unscrew the two machine screws (11), lower and remove the pump.
If a new pump is to be installed, remove the coupling, the intake filter (12) with threaded fitting
and the oil line from the old pump and install them on the new pump.
The flange gasket between the pump and the pump flange may be reused
(ensure that it is properly positioned).
Important: Measure the amount of power drawn by the motor after reinstalling the pump.
If this value exceeds 9 A, loosen the two screws (11) and realign the pump,
re-tighten the screws (11) and repeat the measurement.
The motor (15) should draw 6.5 - 7.5 A at 100 bar operating pressure.
4.13 Pressure limiter valve
Remove the tank. The DB100 pressure limiter valve (14) is screwed into the valve control unit,
use a 14 mm open-end wrench to unscrew the valve completely.
Assemble in reverse order.
The operating pressure can be adjusted. Loosen the counter nut and adjust the grub screws
at the bottom of the pressure limiter valve.
Turning clockwise increases the operating pressure.
