3.8. Austausch Ventilverdrahtung mit Kabel (12)
Vorbereitete Maßnahmen wie bei Motortausch (Punkt 3.7).
Steuerkabel (5) an der Klemmleiste (11) abklemmen.
PG-Verschraubung (9) öffnen, Steuerkabel durchziehen.
An der Ventilverdrahtung (2) Steckverbindungen entfernen.
Schrauben (13) demontieren, Kabelbinder an der Rückseite der Ventilverdrahtung entfernen.
Nun sind auf der Rückseite liegende Steckkontakte zugänglich und werden ebenfalls abgezogen.
Neue Ventilverdrahtung mit Kabel nach Verdrahtungs- und Steckplan anschließen.
3.9. Bediengerät
Austausch Kabel mit Stecker. Bediengerät von OP-Tisch entfernen.
Schrauben (37) auf der Rückseite entfernen.
Vier Drähte an der Platine (42) auslöten, Zugentlastung des Kabels öffnen.
Verschraubung (40) aus dem Gehäuse drehen.
Kabel mit Stecker (41) kann nun ausgetauscht werden.
Bei Montage einer neuen Platine oder eines neuen Kabels auf die Farbbezeichnung achten.
Bediengeräte (3110.29X9) ab Baujahr 1996 besitzen Spiralkabel mit Stecker für die Platine (42).
Zum Austausch Zugentlastung der Verschraubung (40) lösen.
Verschraubung aus dem Gehäuse drehen.
Hinweis: Kabel darf nicht mitdrehen

3.8 Replacing the valve wiring and cable (12)
The preparatory work is the same as for replacing the motor (Section 3.7).
Disconnect the control cable (5) at the terminal strip (11).
Separate the type PG threaded fitting (9), pull the control cable through.
Detach the plug connectors at the valve wiring (2).
Detach the screws (13), remove the cable strap at the valve wiring.
The plug contacts at the rear can now be accessed and can also be removed.
Connect the new valve wiring and cable as shown in the wiring and connection diagram.
3.9 Hand control unit
Exchange cable with plug. Remove the control unit from the operating table.
Remove the screws (37) at the rear.
Unsolder the four wires at the printed circuit board (42), open the cable pull relief.
Remove the screw fitting (40) from the housing.
The cable and plug (41) can now be replaced.
Use correct colours when mounting a new circuit board or a new cable.
The new control units (3110.29X9) manufactured from 1996 are equipped with spiral cables with connectors for the
board (42). To replace the unit, open the tension relief on the screw fitting (40) and remove the fitting from the
housing.
Note: The cable must not rotate when unscrewing the fitting -> hold cable in position!
