Sämtliche Gewindestifte (8) der Platte lösen.
Platte mit 6 Schrauben (14) montieren.
2 Gewindestifte (8) festziehen.
Abdichtungen (12) der Anschlußbohrungen an der Kolbenstange entfernen.
Arbeitsleitungen (HA, HB) anschließen.
Vor Ausfahren des Höhenzylinders (1) Montagegestell (4) über dem
OP-Tischfuß (18) zentrieren.
Höhenzylinder ausfahren, bis kurz vor dem Aufsetzen in den OP-Tischfuß (18).
6 Schrauben (6) ansetzen. OP-Tisch hochfahren bis Montagegestell (4) frei ist,
Montagegestell (4) entfernen. OP-Tisch nach unten fahren.
Achtung: OP-Tisch verdrehen bis Tank und Führung zentriert in der Aussparung (19)
des Tischfußes sitzen.
6 Schrauben (6) mit 20 Nm anziehen. bei M 8 x 45, DIN 912, 12.9 - A2
6 Schrauben (6) mit 38 Nm anziehen. bei M 8 x 45, DIN 912, A2 -80
OP-Tisch hochfahren. Montagegestell (4) ansetzen.
OP-Tisch nach unten fahren, Holtzklötze unter dem OP-Tischfuß entfernen.
OP-Tisch hochfahren bis Montagegestell (4) frei ist.
Montagegestell entfernen.
Loosen all grub screws (8) at the plate.
Mount the plate with six screws (14).
Tighten down two grub screws (8).
Remove the seals (12) at the connection holes on the piston rod.
Connect the pressure lines (HA, HB).
Before extending the elevation cylinder (1), center the assembly trestle (4) over the operating table base (18).
Extend the elevation cylinder to just before it makes contact in the operating table base (18).
Insert the six screws (6). Raise the operating table until the assembly trestle (4) is cleared.
Remove the assembly trestle (4). Lower the operating table.
Important: Rotate the operating table until the tank and the guide are centered in the notch (19) at the table
base.
Tighten the six screws (6) with 20 Nm, for M 8 x 45, DIN 912, 12.9 - A2
Tighten the six screws (6) with 38 Nm, for M 8 x 45, DIN 912, A2 - 80
Raise the operating table. Position and attach the assembly trestle (4).
Lower the operating table, remove the wooden blocks under the base.
Raise the operating table, until the assembly trestle (4) is cleared.
Remove the trestle.
