2.4. Wartung / Reinigung der Rollen (nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
OP-Tisch in höchste Stellung, Bein- und Kopfplatte abnehmen.
Vordere (7) und hintere (8) Fußverkleidung abnehmen.
Seitliche Radabdeckung (11) und vordere Radabdeckung (2) entfernen
(Jeweils mit zwei Senkschrauben befestigt).
Lenkrollen (3) und Bockrollen (4) sind zur Reinigung, Wartung und zum Austausch frei zugänglich.
2.5. Wartung der Feststell-Nocken (nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
Die Nockenbahnen der Feststell-Nocken (5) sind werkseitig mit Gleitfett geschmiert.
Bei Schwergängigkeit sind die Gleitbahnen mit Gleitfett nachzuschmieren.
(Angaben über Fett und Öle siehe Punkt 8).
Rollen und Feststelleinrichtung bedürfen sonst keiner weiteren Wartung.
2.6. Austausch von Lenkrollen (nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
OP-Tisch seitlich kippen, max. 25º und Fuß mit Holzklotz unterlegen (ca. 100mm hoch).
Zylinderschrauben (6) von unten lösen, Lenkrollen (3) herausnehmen und durch neue ersetzen.
2.4 Cleaning and maintenance of the castors (models with T-shaped base only)
Raise the operating table to its uppermost position; remove the leg and head plates.
Remove the front (7) and rear (8) base covers.
Remove the castor side cover (11) and the rear cover (2) (each attached with two countersunk screws).
The swivel castors (3) and fixed castors (4) are now accessible for cleaning, maintenance and replacement.
2.5 Locking cam maintenance (models with T-shaped base only)
The engaging surfaces for the locking cams (5) have been lubricated at the factory.
Relubricate these surfaces if the mechanism is sluggish.
(For recommended types of grease and oil, see section 8).
The castors and locking devices require no further maintenance.
2.6 Replacing the swivel castors (models with T-shaped base only)
Tilt the operating table to the side (max. 25°) and lay a wooden block (approx. 100 mm thick) underneath the base.
Unscrew the machine screws (6) from below, remove the castor (3) and replace with a new one.
