2.7. Austausch von Bockrollen (nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
OP-Tisch vorne mit Holzklotz unterlegen.
Sicherungsscheibe (7) von Radachse abziehen.
Radachse nach außen drücken und herausziehen (mit Bolzenzieher aus dem Werkzeugkoffer).
Bockrollen (4) austauschen.
2.8. Austausch von Feststell-Nocken (nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
OP-Tisch anheben, mit Holzklotz (ca. 100mm hoch) unterlegen
(Bodenfreiheit für Stößel bei gedrücktem Tritthebel)
Seitlich an Feststell-Nocken (5) Sicherungsscheibe (8) radial von Achse abziehen
Stößel (9) leicht nach unten ziehen.
Feststell-Nocken von Tritthebelachse (10) abziehen.
2.9. Austausch von Tritthebel und Tritthebelachse (zweiteilig - nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß)
Vorarbeiten wie unter Punkt 2.8 beschrieben.
Sicherungsscheiben (12) radial von Tritthebelachse (10) abziehen.
Tritthebelachse (10) nach beiden Seiten herausziehen (mit Bolzenzieher aus dem Werkzeugkoffer).
Paßfeder zwischen Tritthebelachse (10) und Tritthebel (11) entfernen.
2.7 Replacing the fixed castors (models with T-shaped base only)
Place a wooden block underneath the front section of the operating table.
Remove the retaining ring (7) from the castor axle.
Press the axle outward and pull it out (using the pin extractor from the tool kit).
Replace the fixed castors (4).
2.8 Replacing the locking cam (models with T-shaped base only)
Place the operating table on wooden blocks (approx. 100 mm thick) so that the tappet will not touch the floor when
the pedal is depressed.
Pull the retaining ring (8) sideways off the shaft at the locking cam (5).
Pull the tappet (9) downward slightly.
Remove the locking cam from the shaft of the pedal (10).
2.9 Replacing the pedal and the pedal shaft (two pieces - models with T-shaped base only)
Preparatory work is as described in section 2.8.
Pull the retaining rings (12) sideways from the pedal shaft (10).
Pull the pedal shafts (10) outward, to either side (using the pin extractor from the tool kit).
Remove the key between the pedal shafts (10) and the pedal itself (11).
