3.5 Leakage at the control valves (SV1 to SV6)
only for 11 30 02/ 12 11 01/ -02/ 14 25 :
Refers only to upper back, lower back and leg plates for 11 30 02
Refers only to the leg plates for 12 11 01/ -02.
The following sections describes the test for the control valves at the leg plates (SV1, SV4).
The procedure is similar for the other functions (I).
Lower the leg plate into the lowermost position. Remove the 2 screws (1) at the valve control unit 2 and
the hollow screws at the two N4 connections points. If necessary, remove B4 and A4 and close the
connections to avoid the test pressure compressing the piston sealing!
Use a hydraulic hose to make the connection from N4 to N4.
Use a test adapter at one end to connect the pressure gauge.
Press the “raise leg plate” control button, loosen SV1 by ¼ turn using a 12 mm socket wrench.
Tighten SV1 when the pressure rises to the maximum of 100 bar.
Pressure must not vary for a longer period (e.g. 8 to 10 hours).
