Removing the fan tensioning pulley

Detaching the fan tensioning pulley

• Detach the V-belt pulley (6)
• Unclip the circlip (5)
• Pull out the fan bearing (4)
• Unscrew the mounting bolt (7) and remove with

the washer

• Unscrew the mounting nuts (1) and pull out the

mounting bolts (3)

• Remove the tensioning pulley carrier (2)

Installing the fan tensioning pulley

Attaching the fan tensioning pulley

• Position the tensioning pulley carrier (2)
• Insert the mounting bolts (3)
• Screw on the mounting nuts (1) until nger-tight
• Screw in the mounting bolt (7) with washer and

tighten until nger-tight

• Insert the fan bearing (4)
• Attach the circlip (5)
• Attach the V-belt pulley (6)
