COOLING SYSTEM

Installing the ramfan

Attaching the cooling system

• Position the cooling system (1) on the engine

Attaching the left protective grille

• Position the protective grille (1)
• Insert the mounting bolts (2) with washers
• Screw on and tighten the mounting nuts (3)

Attaching the right protective grille

• Position the protective grille (1)
• Insert the mounting bolts (3) with washers
• Screw on and tighten the mounting nuts (2)

Attaching the protective grille holder

• Tighten the mounting bolts (1)

Attaching the left moulded hose

• Pull on the moulded hose (2) with hose clamps (1)

and (3)

• Tighten the hose clamps (1) and (3)

Attaching the left charge air hose

• Position the charge air manifold (3) with a new

O-ring (1) and hose clamp (2)

• Tighten the hose clamp (2)
