COOLING SYSTEM
Removing the cooling system
Detaching the radiator struts
• Mark the installation position of the radiator struts
(2)
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (1)
• Remove the radiator struts (2)
Detaching the right charge air hose
• Unfasten hose clamps (1) and (3)
• Remove the bellows hose (2) with hose clamps (1)
and (3)
• Unfasten the hose clamp (6)
• Remove the charge air manifold (4) with O-ring (5)
and hose clamp (6)
Detaching the right moulded hose
• Unfasten hose clamps (1) and (3)
• Remove the moulded hose (2) with hose clamps
(1) and (3)
Detaching the left charge air hose
• Unfasten hose clamps (4) and (6)
• Remove the bellows hose (5) with hose clamps (4)
and (6)
• Unfasten the hose clamp (2)
• Remove the charge air manifold (3) with O-ring (1)
and hose clamp (2)
