Vor dem Umbau:
Druckluftanschluss B mit Druckluft beauf-
schlagen, so dass der Schaltteller verrie-
gelt (indexiert) wird.
Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen.
Stoßdämpfer nicht verstellen.
VORSICHT
Quetschgefährdung!
Greifen Sie nie in die offene Mechanik der
Rundschalteinheiten bei angeschlossener
und eingeschalteter Druckluftzufuhr. Bei
Montage, Umbau, Instandhaltungs- und
Einstellungsarbeiten die Druckluftzufuhr
ausschalten und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Ein-
schalten sichern, so dass sichergestellt ist,
dass die Rundschalteinheiten während dieser
Arbeiten drucklos sind.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Befestigungsschrauben lösen, seitliche
Anschlagplatte (Pos. 26) abnehmen.
Drossel (Pos. 29) herausschrauben.
Gewindestift mit Kugel aus der Anschlag-
platte (Pos. 26) herausschrauben und dann
in die Gewindebohrung hineinschrauben, in
die zuvor die Drossel eingeschraubt war.
Den zusätzlichen Bolzen (Pos. 39) in die
Anschlagplatte (Pos. 26) einsetzen.
Befestigungsschrauben lösen, seitliche
Abschlussplatte (Pos. 8) abnehmen.
Dämpfungsscheibe (Pos. 40) entfernen.
Gewindestift mit Kugel aus der Abschluss-
platte (Pos. 8) herausschrauben und dann
in die Gewindebohrung vom Gehäuse
hineinschrauben.
Before conversion:
Apply compressed air to compressed air
connection B so that the indexing plate is
locked (indexed).
Interrupt compressed air supply.
Do not move shock absorber.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing injuries!
Never reach into the open rotary unit me-
chanics when the compressed air supply is
connected and turned on.
The compressed air supply should be turned
off and protected against being turned on
unintentionally during assembly, conversion,
maintenance and adjustment work to ensure
that the rotary units are unpressurized during
this work.
Proceed as follows:
Loosen mounting screws and remove the
side limit stop plate (item 26).
Unscrew throttle (item 29).
Unscrew the threaded pin with the ball
from the limit stop plate (item 26) and then
into the threaded hole where the throttle
had previously been in place.
Place the additional bolt (item 39) into the
limit stop plate (item 26)..
Remove mounting screws and take off the
side blanking plate (item 8).
Remove damping disc (iteM40).
Unscrew threaded pin with ball from the
blanking plate (item 8) and then screw into
the threaded hole of the housing.
