Allow Multiple Consecutive Spaces (uses  ) lets the user insert multiple consecutive
spaces between words. When this option is selected and a user inserts multiple spaces,

), which causes browsers
to display all of the spaces instead of only one space.

Enforce Accessibility Options (such as ALT text for images) specifies that Contribute always
prompts users for accessibility information to make the HTML generated by Contribute more
accessible to people with disabilities. For example, when inserting an image, Contribute
prompts the user to enter alternative text to be displayed in the event a web page cannot
display images, or the viewer of the page has visual disabilities.

Use <strong> and <em> in place of <b> and <i> specifies that when users format text as bold
or italic, Contribute uses the
strong
and
em
tags instead of using the
b
and
i
tags. The
b
and
i
tags are considered deprecated tags in the latest version of the HTML specification.

Setting style and font permissions
The Styles and Fonts category in the Permission Group dialog box lets you control whether
typographic styles and fonts appear in the Contribute toolbar, as well as what kinds of
typographical styles users can apply to text.
