Step 5 - Gently pull the bottom cover away from the chassis and feed the Lift Tape through 
to detach it from the unit. 

 

Refitting / Replacement 

 
Step 6 - Refitting is a reversal of the removal process noting the following point: 

A)

 

Make sure the lift tape is fed through the slot in the correct direction 

B)

 

Ensure the E-lower cord is pulled through its designated slot. 

C)

 

Ensure the air grommet lines up with the hole.
