F1 Timeout sensore angolo
Verificare la l

ttura del sensore posizionato sul tastatore.
Se il bancale è di forma circolare escludere il conta angoli ‘dip switch n. 4’
F6 Cinghia riavvolta
Dopo una errata manovra la cinghia del carrello porta bobina viene riavvolta in
senso contrario sulla puleggia del motoriduttore.
Premere il pulsante di ‘reset’ per circa due secondi, il carrello portabobina si por-
terà sulla parte bassa della colonna, la cinghia si svolgerà completamente dalla
puleggia e si riavvolgerà in senso contrario (è importante accompagnare con una
mano la cinghia durante la fase di svolgimento/riavvolgimento).
F9 Allarme finecorsa carrello
Il carrello nella fase di discesa si è bloccato azionando il finecorsa sicurezza cin-
ghia.
F1 Angular control detector timeout
Check the correct operation of the detector on the feeler arm.
If the case of circular pallet type disable the detector (dip switch 4 in OFF position).
F6 Rewound carriage belt
After a wrong manouver the belt of the film reel carriage is rewound in the reverse
direction on the motoreducer pulley.
In this case press ‘reset’ button for two seconds about, the reel holder carriage
goes down to the column bottom; the belt unwinds completely from the pulley and
winds in the reverse direction (it is important to hand drive the belt during under-
mentioned operations).
F9 carriage limit switch alarm
During descent phase the carriage stops with activation of belt safety limit switch.

F1 ‘Timeout’ capteur des angles
Controler le fonctionnement du capteur placé sur le brâs tateur.
Avec palette circulaire débrancher le capteur (microinterrupteur n. 4, en position
OFF)
F6 Courroie du chariot porte-bobine enroulée
Après une manoeuvre erronée la courroie du cariot porte-bobine est enroulée
dans le sens contraire sur la poulie du motoréducteur.
Appuyer sur le poussoir ‘reset’ pendant deux secondes environ, le chariot porte
bobine se pose sur la partie basse de colonne; la courroie se déroule complète-
ment de la poulie et se réenroule dans le sens contraire (il esrt important de sui-
vre la courroie avec une main pendant la phase de roulement/réenroulement).
F9 Alarm fin de course carriage
Blocage of the chariot pendant la descente et par conséquent activation du fin de
course de sécurité.
F1 Control de detección angular para tiempo terminado.
Verifique la correcta operación del detector en el brazo de calibración.
Si es el caso de una tarima de tipo circular deshabilite el detector (ponga el inter-
ruptor 4 en posición de apagado).
F6 Banda del portarrollo de rebobinado
Después de alguna maniobra equivocada, la banda del carro portarrollo, es rebo-
binada en dirección contraria a la polea del moto-reductor. En este caso presione
el botón de “restablecer”, por cerca de dos segundos, el carrete de sujeción del
carro portarrollo bajará de la parte superior de la columna; la banda se desenrol-
lará completamente de la polea, y se enrollará en la dirección inversa, (es impor-
tante guiar con la mano, la trayectoria de la banda durante las operaciones
mencionadas, para que ésta no se doble al enrollarse nuevamente).
F9 Interruptor de limite del carro portarrollos.
Durante la fase de descenso el carro portarrollo se detiene con la activación del
interruptor de límite de seguridad de la banda.
F1 Timeout Winkelfuehler
Sie sollten pruefen ob der Sensor auf dem Taster gut liest. Wenn die Palette rund
ist, muss man den Winkelzaehker ausschalten; dip Schalter n. 4
F6 umgespulte Rimen
Nach einer falschen Arbeit, wird die Riemen vom Folienschlittem im Gegenu-
hrsinn auf die Scheibe des Getriebes umgespult. "Reset" Tast fuer etwa 2 Sekun-
den drucken, der Rollentraeger wird auf die niedrigere Seite der Saeulen sich
bewegen, die Riemen wird sofort komplett aus der Scheibe aich abrollen und
diese wir in Gegenuhrsinn sich wiederaufwickeln (es ist wichtig die Riemen mit
dem Hand waehrend der Ab/Aufwicklung zu begleiten.
F9 Alarm Endschalter Schlitten
Schlitten wahrend des Abstieges blockiert sich beim Taetigung der Endschalter
der Sicherheitsriemen.
