13.10 SIDE DRIVE BELTS REPLACEMENT
- Release the nut of the tensioning plate (fig. 12)
- Remove and replace the drive belt (fig. 13)

Before setting the new belt, check the wear of the orange
plastic rings on the drive pulleys: replace them if they are
worn out (fig. 14)
13.11 ADJUSTMENT OF THE BELTS TENSION (fig. 15)
Check the tension of the belt by pulling it outwards in the middle.
A force of 3,5 kg should produce a gap of 25 mm (1 inch) between
the belt and the frame.

Vor dem Einsetzen des neuen Riemenes den Zustand der
orangen Kunststoffringe auf den Antriebsriemenscheiben
kontrollieren: Wenn sie abgenutzt sind, austauschen (Bild 14)
13.11 EINSTELLUNG DER RIEMENSPANNUNG (Bild 15)
Die Spannung durch Hochheben des Riemens in der Mitte
kontrollieren; er muss sich mit einem Zug von 3,5 kg um etwa 25 mm
abheben.
13.10 SUBSTITUTION DES COURROIES D’ENTRAINEMENT
- Desserrez l’écrou de la plaque de tension de la courroie (fig. 12)
- Otez et remplacez la courroie d’entraînement (fig. 13)
ATTENTION!
Avant d’introduire la nouvelle courroie, contrôlez l’état des

bagues en plastique orange sur les poulies motrices: si elles
sont usées, remplacez-les (fig. 14)
13.11 REGLAGE DE LA TENSION DES COURROIES (fig. 15)
Contrôlez la tension de la courroie en la soulevant au centre ; elle
oit faire un écart d’environ 25 mm avec une traction de 3,5 kg.
13.10 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS CORREAS DE TRACCIÓN
- Aflojar la tuerca de la placa de tensión de la correa (fig. 12)
- Extraer y sustituir las correa de arrastre (fig. 13)

Antes de insertar la nueva correa, comprobar la condición
de los anillos de plástico naranja en las poleas motrices:
sustituirlos en caso de necesidad (fig. 14)
13.11 REGULACIÓN DE LA TENSIÓN DE LA BANDA (fig. 15)
Controlar la tensión de la banda elevándola desde el
centro; se debe separar alrededor de 25 mm. con una
tracción de 3,5 kg.
13.10 SOSTITUZIONE CINGHIE DI TRASCINAMENTO
- Allentare il dado della piastra tendicinghia (fig. 12)
- Sfilare e sostituire la cinghia di trascinamento (fig. 13)

Prima di inserire la nuova cinghia controllare la condizione
degli anelli in plastica arancione sulle pulegge motrici: se
usurati, sostituirli (fig. 14)
13.11 REGOLAZIONE TENSIONE CINGHIE (fig. 15)
Controllare la tensione della cinghia sollevandola al centro; si deve
staccare di circa 25 mm con una trazione di 3,5 kg.
