User’s Guide

The hardware is in an 
unusable state and is not 
responding to the 
software 

Exit the software. Turn the instrument off and then back 
on again. Restart the controller and the control software. 

The USB cable is faulty 

Replace the cable 

Communication Error 

Turn computer off. 

Turn on ODiSI 6. 

Restart Computer. 

Laser error 

Power cycle the instrument and controller. Relaunch the
