Cleaning Dust Net
•
Clean the dust net after using it 2 or 3 times.
•
If it is torn or damaged, purchase a new one from the
LG Electronics service center.

Separate the dust net from the drum by pressing
the net separation button on both sides of the dust
net.

Grab the dust net with both hands and separate
the inside dust net and the dust net cover.

Put the inside dust net and the dust net cover in
a washbowl filled with water and remove residue
inside the dust net.

Insert the washed dust net to the drum again and
operate the washer.
•
If it is not fixed securely, it may fall out while
washing.
CAUTION
•
Do not operate the washer while the dust net is
separated from the washer.
•
If the dust net is separated from the washer,
clothes or the product may be damaged.
Cleaning the Rubber Packing

Dilute oxygen based bleach (5 g) in lukewarm
water (5 L) and then wear a rubber glove and
wipe off the rubber packing thoroughly with diluted
bleach. (1000X dilution)

Remove moisture from the rubber packing using
a dry towel and open the washer door to dry
completely.
